The Delancey Capital Group, LP ("Delancey"), established in 1996, is an investment management firm specializing in the selection of high quality securities for both equity and balanced accounts. As a large cap manager, the firm takes a relative value approach with a stock universe consisting primarily of companies with market capitalization generally over $3 billion.

Delancey is a registered Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisors Act of 1940. The firm is one of several advisory firms of the P.G. Corbin Group, Inc. ("the Corbin Group"), a wholly-owned and controlled women and minority firm. The limited partnership is almost wholly-owned by its general partner, The Delancey Capital Group, Inc. Delancey regularly uses Dearden, Maguire, Weaver and Barrett, Inc. as a sub-advisor to implement the portfolio strategy for a client.
